Encore Theatre Company Youth Guild (ETC) exists to provide a challenging, rigorous theatre experience for some of the most talented high school and college-aged students in and around Gaston County. Members who qualify by audition participate in an advanced theatrical environment. Our Guild Members develop their dramatic skills while rehearsing with other actors, directors, and technicians. They provide performances for the community in a cultural setting where all citizens may benefit—organized exclusively for artistic, charitable, and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, receiving donations for operational expenses and making distributions to organizations (with corresponding tax benefits) if and when qualified under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
